Our Story
Journee started at home, not as a startup idea. Moritz began writing adventure letters for his nephews in Bergen, making them the heroes and weaving their real world into the plot. The reaction was immediate, they devoured each letter and couldn't wait for the next.
That’s when the “why” became obvious. Kids don’t need more content. They need stories that feel like they were written for them, stories that make reading feel chosen, not assigned.
We founded Journee to turn that feeling into something more families can experience: real letters from imaginary worlds, personalised around each child, delivered as physical post, built to spark curiosity and make reading a joy again.
